Graduation application

On September 2016, there will be another graduation application from UEH-ISB. Hence, students who have already completed all credits regarding to course structure of the program are required to submit following documents to Sarah at 17 Pham Ngoc Thach by 4pm 31/08/2016:
1. Original Military Certificate and ONE certified copy of the original Military Certificate. After being checked, the original Military Certificate will be returned to students straight away.
2. One Request for Graduation form (which can be download from this website).
3. Two 4x6 photographs with full name, date of birth and place of birth at the back of each photo.
After the submission, students will need to sign on a student list to confirm that all above documents have been submitted.
