Note:

1. Students review the list of eligible students to graduate.
2. If students are on the list above but do not want to graduate, please send an email to the Bachelor Program ([email protected]) by 16:00, 20/01/2026, with the following information:

           Canceling the graduation results – January 2026

• Class - Cohort:

      3. If students on the above list are learning to improve grades, please email the Bachelor Program ([email protected]) by 16:00, 20/01/2026, to cancel the graduation result. After this time, we will complete the graduation process, and the improved grade will not be accepted.

       4. Students must double-check their graduation results, including the student list, GPA, and graduation rank. If students have any questions or concerns, please send an email to the Bachelor Program ([email protected]) by 16:00, 20/01/2026 with the following information:

           Any questions after 16:00 on 20/01/2026 will not be considered.

      5. Graduation review fee 

• Includes: Bachelor's Degree, Degree Supplement, Degree cover, document return procedures, graduation ceremony, etc.
• Fee: 300.000 VNĐ/student
• Payment time: 19/01 - 20/01/2026
• Payment method:

           Option 1: Go to Phuong Dong Bank (OCB) in any city. Deposit money to bank account: Đại học Kinh tế Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh Account number: 0036100000119009

           Option 2: Transfer to OCB bank account: Đại học Kinh tế Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh Account number: 0036100000119009

           Option 3: Go to https://payment.ueh.edu.vn/ and choose “Payment portal” to make an online payment.

           Option 4: Pay by card (ATM, Visa, Master, etc.) at UEH Accounting Department – room A.009 – 59C Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Xuan Hoa Ward, or at Phuong Dong Bank (OCB) at 17 Pham Ngoc Thach, Xuan Hoa Ward, HCMC.

• Transaction content: Student name - Student ID - Class - Graduation fee

           Students who still owe fees after 20/01/2026 will not be reviewed for graduation in January 2026

     6. The official list of graduates will be announced in February 2026 on the website https://myisb.isb.edu.vn/
